I can’t find the files I downloaded. What should I do?

Typically, files are downloaded to the location specified as the default download location in your preferences, unless you specified an alternate location at download time.

If you are using Internet Explorer and cannot find downloaded files, they may have been sequestered by the browser to prevent viruses. From the Internet Explorer browser, put the Digital Library URL into the trusted zone. (You can turn off protected mode instead, but this is not recommended.)
